Speed / Racewalk Early Bird Sessions

Come experience speed/race walking. Classes are designed to provide fitness training in a professional, safe and fun environment.

Who: Walkers interested in speed / racewalking fundamentals.
Where: Meet at Lincoln Track in SW

Wellness / Speed Walking Spring Training Program

5K, 10K, & Half Marathon Training

Twelve week training program tailored to your goals

Whatever your goal may be, this training program will help you reach it!  Train with a group, bring your friends!

Who: Walkers with the goal of participating in a long distance walking event.
Where: US Grant Track - NE 33rd & US Grant Place

Training days: 5/4, 5/18, 6/8, 6/22, 7/6, 7/27

Strength Training for Walkers

Twice weekly strength training

May 21 - June 28, 2008

Would you like to have stronger muscles and bones? Better balance?

Faster or smoother walker? This training group meets twice weekly to help you do just that.  You will learn to increase your walking speed, increase your endurance and enhance your self image.

Strength Training for Walkers

Who: Novice or experienced walkers-
Take your walking to the next step!
Where: Strada - 4808 NE Fremont
When:

May 21 - June 28, 2008
Wednesdays from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Saturdays from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
