Dear Friends,
WOW celebrates and promotes walking …. for all the
reasons we like it…..fun, fitness, challenge, relaxation,
recreation, wellness.
We are embarking upon our third year of promoting WALK
ONLY events for the continuum of walkers: social, health,
fitness, speed, racewalk, Nordic.
For 2006 the Willamette Valley Relay, Sisters Stride into
Autumn and Pumpkin Caper dates are confirmed. Early team
registrations for WVR are ahead of last year. Please continue
to spread the word.
Be sure to check out the new
WOW video, including scenes from and interviews of
WVR 2005 and Sisters Stride participants.
Look below for additional group walks and trainings available
through the Wonders of Walking Walk Club, hosted by REI.

The winner will receive a warm and soft WOW fleece blanket,
great for wrapping around you during these cold months!

Valley Relay offers an opportunity to discover the beauty
of the historic Willamette Valley, and share the fun and
camaraderie of this exclusive walk-only relay.
