The study showed over consumption paired with lack of activity occurring on Saturdays can contribute to a 9 pound yearly gain, or 90 pounds a decade. Add awareness and moderation in eating, and you will be ahead of the game in maintaining or improving your body composition during the holidays which are launching to with Halloween.
