Happy ‘Happiness Happens’ Month, August.

One way I find happiness is walking whether alone, with friends, for recreation or competition.

Please help us promote the Sisters Stride into Autumn for 2010

As we say goodbye to the long, hot days of summer, enjoy the change of seasons with the Sisters Stride Into Autumn. Our 10K and 15K out-and-back routes wind through the Deschutes Forest. Participate in the competitive division or "Walk Our Way".

Your team needs a minimum of 10 participants.  There is no maximum! The team with the most members win.   Team members may be friends, neighbors, family members, co- workers etc.

We hope you will come join in the fun in this most beautiful location in Central Oregon.
