Hi,

'Go pump some neurons! Expand your cranuims!' so said Robin Williams in the movie Mrs. Doubtfire. Do you know that research is showing that exercise benefits your genes, helping to reverse the aging process at the cellular level? You can have more energy, be smarter, and may even help grow new brain cells? Your brain might actually get bigger. It's easy and fun. Do what you enjoy & be consistent.

WOW celebrates the magic benefits of walking building our walk community one step at a time. What have we been up to? May 1st launched the WOW Walk Club hosted by REI-Bend. Club members now have three locations all meeting on Saturday at 9:00 AM: Portland, Clackamas and Bend - Central Oregon.

May 22nd Judy offered an all day walking clinic in Dalles, Oregon. Beautiful location and very fun group of women.

WOW is offering our first 16 week Half Marathon Training program for Portland Inaugural half marathon hosted by Pace Setter Athletic beginning June 13. Swing into Summer with us even if not signed up for the Portland Half Marathon.
