This summer marks our 5th year offering walking events for walkers. Our newest event the WV30K Walk 'n Relay received rave reviews.
"Thank you so very much for organizing a great race! I think it's the best solution you could have come up with after the Willamette Valley Relay. It was really FUN! The scenery was fantastic and it was so nice to see other racers so much of the time. It definitely accommodates all level of participants with the options available. I
especially liked loop #4 with passing by the rose garden." -- Darlene B.
Our goal to be Green was met - we are listed on Runner's World Green Team, one of twenty-five events recognized nationally.
Many thanks to the WOW committee for their dedicated time and energy and contributions to the success of Wonders of Walking. Thanks to everyone for your support as we strive to provide quality events, activities, and programs.
I look foward to seeing you in Sisters.

EVENT RECAP: The Willamette Valley 30K Walk n' Relay & 10K Walk / Run
Last weekend WOW invaded Eugene to offer not one, not two but three different walk events! 30K, 10K and 5K courses stretched out through Alton Baker Park. The weather was a little colder than expected, but our walkers were hot!

FEATURED EVENT: Sisters Stride Into Autumn
Sisters Stride may just be our most popular event. Not hard to believe, really. Take a lovely fall day, head out to the gorgeous Deschutes Forest in Sisters and take a walk. Not a bad way to say goodbye to summer.
