As we trundle past the beginning of our new year, we acclimate to the changes that have been made. With the fusion of Wonders of Walking and EroFit comes a combined effort towards all things walking. We bring you the unified newsletter; full of tips, events and factoids. We also have a year of new events (WV 30K) and a new focus on training programs. If you or your team are planning on participating in any events in 2008, you could probably use a little help preparing. In this issue, we highlight two of our new programs, Strength Training for Walkers and All About Walking.
Check it out, let us know what you think, send us your suggestions/feedback!
